⚠️ CORE PRINCIPLE: ZERO PLATFORM ADVANCE FEES
BookMySalonWala is a technology discovery platform that does not collect advance service payments from Customers. Because BookMySalonWala never receives or holds your money for salon services, the Platform does NOT process, intermediate, or issue monetary refunds for salon services.
1. Customer Cancellations
Customers may cancel an upcoming appointment at ₹0 platform cancellation fee at any time prior to the appointment. We recommend cancelling at least 1 hour before the scheduled time as a courtesy to the salon's schedule.
2. Salon-Side Cancellations
If a salon must cancel due to emergency reasons (e.g. staff illness or power outage), the salon will notify you promptly via SMS/WhatsApp/Push notification. You may reschedule for a different time or choose another salon on the Platform.
3. Counter Payment Refunds & Disputes
If you have paid a salon directly (via Cash, UPI, or Card at the venue) and seek a refund due to service dissatisfaction, treatment outcome, or billing disputes:
- Direct Salon Resolution: The refund request must be addressed directly to the salon management. The salon independently decides and executes all service refunds, adjustments, or credit notes.
- Platform Support: While BookMySalonWala is not financially liable for salon transactions, our support team ([SUPPORT EMAIL]) can assist in mediating communication between you and the salon partner.
